Harry’s in the background chatting with the volunteers Alan, Georgia, Nancy and Judy.
We all sat down at 6 pm and talked about how we were going to organize the kitchen and games.
We already had a plan on how to do it, it was fun implementing it for the FIRST night!
Things ran pretty smoothly except Harry forgot to put the food out until 740 pm
he was busy making coffee, tea and sorting the kitchen snacks out.
They moved food from one container into a big serving dish and that took some time.
It was nicely arranged with the dip in the middle (ranch dip)
